Creating Letters

Hi

 

I am trying to get a letter into MYOB Accountright so I can send it to all the customers.

There is a list of templates but they are all blank?

    We have a detailed Help page that can walk you through the process of creating and sending Personalised letters, please do give it a try.

    Hi

     

    I have been through that and the below is what i get when i try to use a template:

     

    This feature requires Microsoft Word. A compatible version of this was not found on this computer.

      Hi LynPointon 

       

      To work with AccountRight, it requires Microsoft Office 2010 or late installed, and it needs to be the 32-bit version. You can view this system requirements sheet for more details related to your AccountRight version.

        Hi Clover

         

        MIcrosoft 365 was installed last  year so I would have thought that would be okay?
