Help! Business listing empty - "No results found"

I'm getting the following empty businesses listing screen as per the screenshow below. I've seen a number of threads asking for help with this - it appears in MYOB is able to refresh access at their end?

 

Would appreciate help with this as soon as possible. Thank you!
