Thank you for your post. I'd like to extend you a warm welcome to the Community Forum, I hope you find it a valuable resource.
AccountRight browser version and the desktop version can be used at the same time as you see fit. However, they do have their differences in some functions, and some of the features are only available on the desktop for now. But in your case, can you please do the basic troubleshooting like Clearing Cache and try it on a different browser?
