Clearing old Bank Feed - help needed

Hello,   I have just set up the bank feeds for a business I have just started in and everything from prior years (mid 2018) have also loaded. How can I get these removed as the bank as already been...

    Hi Suzanne_AUS, 

     

    Thanks for your post. I can arrange to have the bank feeds removed from your file, can you please send me a private message with the below details:

    • Serial number 
    • Your full name and email address 
    • Date range of the bank feed transactions that you'd like remove 
    • Last 4 digits of the bank feed bank account 
    • File ID of the file (This can be found by going to Help > About MYOB AccountRight)

    Update: Bankfeed ticket submitted
