Happens when I try to access my items

    Hi woodysskate1 

    Could you please log out and log back in. If you could go back and try to create an invoice for one of the items that were causing an issue and see if you can successfully create one now please?

    If you were to create an invoice for one of your items, do you also get the same error?

      Yes it won't let us create invoices with the items that are having errors.

        Thanks for that, let me run some scripts over your file & see if this solves the issue. Can I please get you to confirm the last 4 digits of your serial number?
