WHY HAS THIS PROGRAM BECOME SO BAD?????

    I had a lot of the same in the last few months.  I am in the process of moving to xero.  No regrets so far.  MYOB this morning is spinning saying loading.  This happens often.  In the meantime I have completed  a bank rec in xero and done 10 invoices.  In myob, I am stil waiting to log in.

Apologies for the late response. I understand your frustration. When you email an invoice, it'll be sent directly from MYOB, and a PDF of the invoice will be attached to the email. The email also has a link to view the invoice online. There are a few reasons why printing an invoice in MYOB might not be as straightforward as you'd like.

 

  • Invoice Customization: Invoices in MYOB are customizable, which means you can add a business logo and choose the business details you want to appear. This level of customization might make the process seem more complex, but it's designed to allow businesses to communicate their brand to their customers effectively.
  • Template Options: You can set a default template for all your sales documents, including invoices. This means that if you want to print an invoice, you might need to set up a template first, which could add to the complexity.
  • Bulk Printing: Users have expressed a desire for bulk printing of invoices, which suggests that currently, invoices might need to be printed individually, which could be time-consuming.
  • Software Updates: Some improvements to the invoicing process can't be made until certain software updates are completed. This could mean that the process of printing an invoice might become easier in the future.

We regret to inform you that currently, MYOB Business doesn’t allow for bulk printing of invoices; however, MYOB does support printing invoices. The process might not seem straightforward due to the dynamic nature of the online system because sometimes the view of the invoice can change to fit different screen sizes, which might make the printing process seem less intuitive.

     

    To print an invoice, you can follow these steps:

    1. Open the invoice you want to print.
    2. Click on the "Print" option. This should open the invoice in a new browser tab and bring up the printer dialog box.
