Blank statements when emailing bulk

Hi, 

 

For the past 3 months we are having customers advise us that our statements are blank. This only happens when we email out all statments at once directly from MYOB. This is very frustrating as it envoles so much more time when we have to send out the statements indervidually. MYOB can you please fix this!?

    Thanks for your post and Welcome here in the Community Forum. Sorry to see that no one has replied to you yet.

     

    In this matter, you would need to customize the form or the statement. As a workaround, you may select other forms and try to send them first to your email. You can find more information about this on our Help Article Personalising statements.
