Committed Items/Stock

Does Anyone know how to add a commited item/stock to the Items list screen ?

see file Attached - wanting to add a collum which shows Item QTY committed-

Is there a way or formula used to show this please?

Probably a different tangent;

My understanding is

The Stock/Item should read as on hand ( how many you have in total physically in store)

committed stock ( how many of the items on hand is committed to an order/sale)

Available = Items on hand minus the committed = available ? correct

The ordered items should not come up as available; as they are yet to be recieved into stock

hence it being ordered

Looking forward to a reply

Thanks in advance

    I understand how a column like that would make it easier to track information regarding the stocks of the items. Unfortunately, there is no option to add that column. We could only add custom fields for the Manufacturers and the Serial numbers. Here is the help article Custom item fields, for more information regarding the fields. Rest assured we will raise this as a suggestion to the development team.

    In the meantime, if you have any other concerns, feel free to let us know.
