Emails aren't working

I emailed invoices to the customers but none of them received it. Also, the activity is showing nothing but usually it shows the status like Sent/Viewed etc. I'm using MYOB essentials.

    We are aware of an issue where sent emails are not being received by customers. Our teams are investigating and working to get this resolved as soon as possible.
