erro display of Analyse Sales [Activity]

Hi,

 

I was trying the time billing invoice yesterday and entered 1 testing invoice for a selective range of activities.

When I delete the invoice, the app closed itself.

When I logged in again, the invoice is gone.

But when I look at the Analyse Sales [Activity] report, the activities are still there with negative.

However, the other activity reports in the sales tab are normal and found no record. 

I tried to delete the selected activities but the system says there's sales entry and prohibit me from deleting it.

When I looked into the sales register, the testing invoice is gone as well.

 

Is there any way to correct this error?

It should not have any record in the Analyse Sales [Activity] report when I delete the original testing invoice.

Please help.

    Apologies for the delay in response. 

     

    It appears that your file has been corrupted as the sales record was saved in the background but is nowhere in the software to be found other than the report. Could you please send me the screenshot of the Sales Register window with same dates as on the reports and your serial number by a Private Message so I can confirm and organise the repair for your file. 

     

    Update: Issue fixed by the data file repair team.
