Invoice Reminders Function not Working

Good morning   Today I've tried to access the Invoice Reminders but the window comes up blank and doesn't seem to be working. Can somebody help?    Thank you.

    In this matter, can we ask you to please try to access your account in the browser and see if the invoice reminder is still not working? Please let us know so that we can raise it with the relevant team for further investigation.

Hi,

I am unsure whether or not you hear our concerns, but it is clear for everyone that MYOB (despit it's claim) has been ignoring this issue for many months. I suggest that MYOB should learn about their obligations and their risk if users sue MYOB for loss of receiveables as a result of this serious issue or if all frusterated users come together and complain to ACCC!

In the meantime, I highly recommend following the workaround provided by Princess_R, wherein you can manage your Invoice Reminders via the browser.
