Can't access employee card

Hi

 

I cant access one of my employee cards, im trying to update his pay rate and i cant, i keep getting a something's gone wrong and accountrite needs to close message.  Ive attached the error report

    Hi MeganHall,

     

    Thank you for your post.

     

    Looking at the diagnostic log, we will need to run a script over your file to correct this. Could you please reply with the following so I can action this for you:

     

    • Last 4-Digits of your serial number
    • Company file ID (Help>About MYOB AccountRight>Company File ID)

        Hi MeganHall,

         

        Apologies, the only account I can find is with a serial number ending 8209. 

         

        Could you please send me the full serial number & Company File ID via private message?
