new payrun

I am processing a payrun in the new financial year and after recording move to process payments but the Amount is NIL.

What is happening????

    I'm sorry to hear about the process of payments not getting recognized. For us to investigate in the matter, may I know which screen we are referring to where the amount is nil? Any additional information would be appreciated.
