Super payment still processing 13 days later

Hi,

On the 30/03, I authorised 2 payemtns to be debited from our account for January's super.  The first payment is still showing as "processing payment"while the second payment made, was debited no problem from our account and is showing as "completed".

Can someone please help me as I have been calling and each time, I am informed that my wait time is in excess of 71 minutes!

    For super payments that are still showing as Processing payment you will need to check the following:

    • the Super fund name entered into your software matches what is on the ATO Super fund look up page: superfundlookup.gov.au 
    • the employee is registered for the correct fund as some funds share the same USI. 

     

    Once you have made any required changes you will need to reverse and reprocess the payments.
