Account not included in subtotal

I have added a new Equity account in the Retained Earnings section but it is not included in the subtotal for Retained Earnings like other accounts. It is only included in the Grand Total. How do I c...

    Hi Captain_CJ,

     

    Thank you for your post.

     

    To resolve this, you can try adjusting the account number 3-8002 by moving it down a level. This adjustment should allow the account to be summed up with the other accounts and be added to the subtotal. See example below:
