Hi Willmo1,
Thank you for your response.
Since I'm unable to identify the specific cause of the issue without an error log, I suggest following the steps outlined in our Help article: Importing and exporting data - Using an import template. This article provides instructions on how to export the data template, open it in Excel, and edit or replace its contents with the data you intend to import. Once you've made the necessary changes, you can then import the data into MYOB using this template.
Please feel free to create a new post if you require further assistance.
If my response has answered your inquiry, please click "Accept as Solution" to help other users find this information.

Hi Willmo1,
Thanks for providing the error log.
I have implemented a few changes on our side that should assist in resolving the issue. Kindly sign out and clear your AccountRight cache, then log back in before you try to import data again.
Should the problem continue, please duplicate the column you wish to link in the import file and assign it a new name. This will allow you to link the two different names and proceed with the import.
Feel free to create a new post again if you need further assistance.
If my response has answered your inquiry, please click "Accept as Solution" to help other users find this information.
Cheers,
Princess
