How to set up a new user for MYOB Accountright Live Plus

    Hi CK (pandasaigon)

     

    Sorry you are having trouble opening the private message window. The other way to get to it is: 

    1. Click on my username.
    2. Select the Send a message option on the right hand side of the window.
    3. Enter in a message subject and body, and attach any images.
    4. Click on Send Message.

Dear MYOB team,

 

Yes the staff did receive the invitation in their email and accept the invitation, password has been set up, but still can not be used.

I can not open the link to Private Message to send you the required information you need below, when clicking on the Private Messege, I received below:

"The address wasn’t understood

Firefox doesn’t know how to open this address, because one of the following protocols (ttps) isn’t associated with any program or is not allowed in this context.

You might need to install other software to open this address."

 

Please advise how to contact you to solve this problem?
