AccountRight Plus V19.6 is blurry in new laptop (windows 10)

Hi,

 

After following the steps in "Fixing display issues"(http://help.myob.com/wiki/display/ar/Fixing+display+issues), MYOB AccountRight Plus V19.6 is still blurry in the new laptop under window 10.

 

 

Can someone show me some light please? I am going to blind.

Hi @AACB

 

Help Article: Fixing display issues is intended to correct the display for clients on AccountRight 201x range, while it can be used for clients on AccountRight Classic (v19) I would imagine it would have little affect and/or may cause addiitonal display issues.

 

Based on the screenshots you have provided, the display for AccountRight Classic (v19) is what I would expect to see for AccountRight Classic. For example here is a screenshot of my Sales Command Centre:

With that being said AccountRight takes is display settings from within Windows, so if you are finding the display not to your liking I would be review your Windows display settings. Note from an AccountRight point of view we would be only able to assist with changing the default fonts and sizes which is done throught the File>>Default fonts option.

I changed my windows scale setting from 125% to 100%, all good now.
