Common Issue - Budget entries not saving in AR2017.1.1

Hi

I am having these issues with 1 of my online files.  Can someone please advise the solution, I must need a script run ove rmine as well maybe???

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find it a wealth of knowledge

 

We do have a script that we can run over company files that can aid in the entry of budgeted values. The best way to see if this script does need to be run is to enter a value for your budget, close the window/file and then reopen to see if that entered value has remained. 

 

If that entered budget value doesn't remain the script would need to be run and we would need for the user to confirm the following to arrange for that to occur:

  • Where the company file is stored i.e. online or local
  • What the LAST FOUR DIGITS of the serial number is - Setup>>Company Information
  • What is the company file ID - Help>>About AccountRight
  • Have you ever used the budget function before in that company file

I will need to script run over my file.  How do I send the relevant information, should I  be sending file IDs & serial numbers over this forum?

Ideally, we don't recommend the posting of private or confidential information via the MYOB Community Forum. This is the reason why we have asked for only the last four digits of the serial number and additional information.
