Converting .pdf to QIF .

Hi all,

Can anyone tell me a free program to convert my .pdf Bank Statements to the required .qif for MYOB to reconcile please?

I have done a Google and come up with all sorts of software but nothing that says QIF. Iassume it is a quicken file?

Thanks

Jo

Re: Converting .pdf to QIF .

Hi Jo, You should be able to export straight from your online banking as a MYOB or QIF format. This is a link to the MYOB Support note: http://help.myob.com/wiki/x/SAGc

I very much doubt that you can find a convertor for PDF to an accessible file. I would love to be wrong as I want one for numerous different jobs.

What bank are you? Are you doing an export transactions or just trying to save the bank statement?

Re: Converting .pdf to QIF .

Most banks provide the "accounting" section separate from the "download" section where PDF statements are. The accounting section GENERATES one or more accounting formats by request. If your accounting program does not cover available format, visit http://www.propersoft.net for required converter.
