Error Unable to automatically confirm your company file

Hi there,

We are using AccountRight 2015.4.0 and we are unable to opn the file.

There were no issues last week, but today we are unsuccessful.

The error is: Unable to automatically confirm your company file.

 

Internet is working (as I use it typing this message) and no changes were made in the firewall settings.

What is wrong?

Hi @SupaNova

 

Your company file was showing as being locked at our end. Typically this occurs when confirmation is attempted numerous times of a short period. I have since unlocked that file for you. This should allow you to confirm that company file using the Confirm Online option.
