Manage Payment Profiles, my Credit Card details don't appear

Trying to change credit card details for direct debit of MYOB but cant locate in Payment profile

Hi @BrenN

 

The primary contact on an account would have access to Payment Profile section of my.MYOB account. In your case, we are showing as an Eddie T to be the primary contact on that account.


If that is not correct and you would like to have that updated, do send me a private message on the MYOB Community Forum with your serial number and the required email address you would like to make as the primary contact and we can look into granting that level of access to yourself.
