Online Administrator Access/Change Owner

Hi MYOB Community,

 

We have had quite a few changing staff members in our firm and as such we need to change the Owner role of some of our files.

 

Can anyone assist on how to do this when the original owners is on longer part of the organisation and we do not have access through their log in.

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find it a wealth of knowledge


Taking a look at the account your Forum email address is registered to we are showing as the primary and billing contact being the AccountRight Live Owner. If that does need to be changed we would require a change of details form to be completed and returned. I have sent a direct email with that form attached for you.
