HI- with cloud based MYOB is there security levels that can be applied to other users? ie so only certain data within the company file can be accessed?

Hi @piaa

 

Yes you can do this,

 

Once you have invited the user via their email address or similar, then you would need to set up a user role for them, this would then allow you to restrict their access to certain data.

You would however also potentially have to make sure there is a password set for the Administrator role, as by default it does not have one and they would be able to use that if it wasnt password protected
