Shorcut keys not working

Hi,

 

Can anyone explain why I am unable to use the shortcut key to delete a line.

I am using CTRL+ALT+D, but nothing happens.

I work for two different companies using Account Right Live and in one location it works fine, but in another it doesn't.

Any Ideas???

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find it a wealth of knowledge


The shortcut key for deleting a line on a Sales/Purchase transaction is CTRL + SHIFT + D

You mentioned CTL + ATL + D, for what I can tell this is not a shortcut any thing. CTRL + D, would be the shortcut to show the Recieve Money window. 

 

Do note that you can't delete lines on the Spend/Receive Money window.

I did mean to type CTRL + SHIFT + D, but you answered my question anyway as I was trying to delete a line in a spend money transaction.
