Unable to activate company file

Hi, I downloaded MYOB from a link in my textbook (as a parner with MYOB). When I trid to open the data files our teacher gave to us this monring, the error popped up (refer the attached piciture). Somehow the fisrt file could be online confirmed after several reopens. However, when I tried to open other data files this afternoon, the error popped up again and again, and I couldn't find a way to solve that. I have called for the phone help service, but they kept transfering me to other people and therefore I passed the available working time.

 

Hopefully I could solve this problem. Much appreciated.
