View sent PO when AccountRight is set up to send emails instead of Outlook

We are currently sending emails from the user's outlook, which means to view the pdf version of the Purchase Orders, we have to check the individual user's sent items in outlook. We're considering switching to send emails by AccountRight, will we be able to view the Purchase Order's PDF using this feature?

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find it a wealth of knowledge

 

When sending emails using AccountRight's online email functionality it tracks when the email was sent, who it was sent to and what transaction was sent i.e. a reference to the transaction number. It doesn't allow the user to see the actual attached PDF copy and other attachments along with the message for that email.

 

So in your case it will show a record of who and when the purchase order was sent to but it doesn't maintain a record of the attached PDF.
