Would love to see a filter button on the set item prices page. I currently have over 3,000 different items for sale & I am finding it a process to markup different %'s for different products or manufacturers. Some way of being able to select from all or part of a item number would be a great help.

Keep up the good work

"Set Item prices Filter"

Hi Everyone

Users can search for an item in the Set Item Prices window using the Advanced Search (selecting to highlight a record in the table and then using CTRL + Shift + F). This will bring up the filter option where you can search for an item record (number, name, or current price) or a partial value of that record.

Thanks for the excellent suggestion. Anyone who would like to see filters on the set item prices page in a future update, please cast your vote here.

In the meantime, there is a work around that may be of some use to you. You can set a custom list entry on the details tab of each item. While this can’t currently be used on the ‘set item prices’ page it can be set to appear when exporting data.

Rather than use the ‘set item prices’ page to update your prices, you can export your item list out and them open the file in excel. Here sort items by custom list and remove all unwanted entries. You can then change the item prices in excel and import the items back in, while selecting the option to update existing items. Please back-up your file before attempting this.
