Thank you for your post @corina44. I'm glad to hear that overall you are happy with the AccountRight Live program. I understand that you are finding some of the changes in work flow in AccountRight Live are causing delays in your Enter Sales / Purchases process. As you've noticed both versions (classic and Live) work on the preference setting of selecting Items either by Item Name or Item Number/code. However in the classic versions when you create a New Item, if the Item was already in the file it would bring up its details. AR Live does not do this. I have brought this to the attention of our specialists to consider changing in a future update. We encourage others who are affected by this change to please vote and add comments.
