Error -4077: You have sales for this item.

I am trying to upload updated items through "Import/Export Assistant" and I got the error message, "Error -4077: You have sales for this item." I found that it needs to be fixed by MYOB. Are you able to help please?

  • Last 4-digits of the serial number  0090
  • Company File ID (Help>>About MYOB AccountRight)  10

    I've just run some fixes for your file. To make sure it takes effect, please sign out and then sign back in before attempting to import again.
