Hi Steve,

 

I am once again having issues with MYOB running extremely slowly.

 

Our IT guy has confirmed that it is not an issue with our internet, I have a speed averaging 10 mpbps.

 

It is not an issue with my computer (which is only 2 weeks old).

 

Our ISP is Telstra, I'm in metropolitan Perth and everything is being impacted.  

 

For example, it takes over 35 seconds to open the Purchase Register, another 30+ seconds to create a new bill, another 30+ seconds to select a client and then after entering the data, it can take between 8 and 30+ seconds to record the purchase.

 

It doesn't matter whether 1 or 2 people are using the account.  

 

Massively frustrating
