AccountRight 2016.3 Server Install fails to finish

I am installing AR2016.3 server version on a Windows 2008R2 server.  The installation get to a point with a window displayed "Windows Installer Coordinator" with  message "Please wait while the application is preparing for first use".  This message never ends and the blue bar just cycles across endlessly.  Any advice please?

PS. I am logged in with Administrator account on the server

We have encountered some clients experiencing the installation freezing when using the AccountRight Server Editions and MSI installers on Windows Server 2008 R2. This generally occurs when it gets to the Publishing Product Information and is caused by Windows Installer RDS Compatibility being enabled.  

I would recommend taking a look at the Using Windows Server 2008 RS or 2012? section of the MSI Installer instructions for more information and how to disable that so you can get the AccountRight 2016.3 version installed.
