Cannot open employee card

I'm having this problem again and it appears others are also.  Could you please run the script to fix it.

  • Where the company file is stored online 
  • What the LAST FOUR DIGITS of the serial number is - 1552
  • What is the company file ID - 2       Build 2017.2.20.2822

 

Could I also please get a solution to other problem posted yesterday regarding the payroll having zero values despite the ABA file working, payslips email/printed correctly, correct total amount showing in Bank Register, etc. Thanks.

Hi @CTL

 

I have arranged for the required script to be run over the company file that is in the cloud. Do make sure that you close and reopen the file if you have it open since making your post.

I've rerun that script for you in case it didn't fully work the first time.

 

If it is still not working for you are you able to provide a copy of the error/error log that is generated so we can investigate further?

Hi @CTL

 

Normally running those scripts would allow for the card to be opened. As it doesn't appear to be working for yourself, I have arranged for the company file to come in. You should have an email all the details for that. Do let us know what card is generating that error when that file does come in.

 

The error itself has been linked to the Add a Payroll category button in the Pay Employee window and selecting an entitlement category. If you can avoid using that option to add an entitlement category you should prevent that message from getting generated in the future.

I have restored the file as per instructions from MYOB Data Services and it is now working correctly. Thank you for your help with this.
