Cant open new company file

Cant open new company file


I created a new file but now I cant get into it now.  It tells me it is the wrong username and/or password.

How can I reset this so I can go into it - I dont want to start again because I spent some time customising the chart of accounts.

User ID: Administrator

Password: <No Password Required, Leave This Blank/Empty>
