Are you referring to the AccountRight Live login details (i.e. an e-mail address and password) or the User Access window that appears when you double-click on your company file (i.e. a username and password)?
Given installing AccountRight doesn't alter anything to do with your login credentials, it may simply be that it was entered incorrectly. If you're referring to your AccountRight Live login, click on the 'Forgotten your password?' option to reset your password. This should send you an e-mail with instructions on how to do this.
If you're referring to the sign-on user access window after you've clicked into your company file, you can try using Administrator as the user ID and the password left blank. If that doesn't work, there is a password recovery service we offer that you can opt for.
