[RESOLVED]: Connection error when trying to log into AccountRight Live

Hi all,

 

We are investigating why some clients are currently unable to log into AccountRight Live.

 

Error: ‘Connection error’ message, when trying to log into AccountRight live files.

 

Impact: AU & NZ clients may have trouble logging in

 

Workaround: We do not have a workaround at this stage. You can work on an offline copy of your file by following the steps in our Help article: What to do when your online file isn't accessible for a while.

We apologise for the inconvenience. Our team is looking into the cause right now and we realise how important it is to resolve it as quickly as possible.  Thanks for your patience during this time.

Hi all,

Thank you for your patience. We are finding that the issue has been resolved for most of our clients. At this stage, unfortunately, some of our clients still appear to be having intermittent trouble logging into their AccountRight Live files.

If you are unable to log in, we request that you try again in a few minutes.


Our team is still investigating and working on bringing things back to normal.

We're happy to report that the issue has now been resolved. Clients should be able to log in and access their AccountRight Live files without issues.
