We are aware that some clients are receiving the following error message when emailing from AccountRight version 19 using Microsoft Office (build 1703).
Microsoft have now released a new update that corrects this issue. To resolve this issue update to Office version 1704.. To check what version of office you have installed, open Outlook and go to file, then select Office Account. To download the update, go to file, select Office Account, click update options and select 'Update Now'.
