We have had reports from a small number of our clients about experiencing issues with upgrading their online company files to AccountRight 2017.1. We find that this appears to predominately be impacting clients with larger files.
Our team is currently investigating the root cause of the issue and looking at ways to provide a seamless upgrade experience to all our clients.
If you experience similar issues with upgrading your file, please continue working on your file in the previous version (e.g 2016.3) and attempt to upgrade to 2017.1 at a later stage (preferably later in the evening).
