Trying to upgrading from AccountingPlus V19.13 to Accountright 2017.1

I'm trying to upgrade from Accounting Plus V19.13 to Accountright 2017.1, can not get pass the window stating my serial number doesn't match. I have two seriral numbers the first being from when I first started using MYOB about 10 years ago and another from when I began my subscription membership again years ago. How do I update etc to move forward. Thanking you in advance.

Hi @JLRE

 

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find it a great resource.

 

That particular message means that the email address that you are using to sign in to upload the file online doesn’t match who we have as an online Owner for that serial number. I have made a slight change to your account which should stop that error message from appearing.

 

Do let us know how you get on trying to upload your file.
