Re: validation exception

[ Edited ]

Hi Ivy,

Had a similar problem with a recurring sale (had too many lines) and was advised a fix was in progress possibly in SP3.

My workaround was:-

  1. Entered it into my V19 company file using AccuontRight Plus V19 as a sale
  2. Exported that sale
  3. Imported that sale into AccountRight 2011 company file
  4. Opened the imported sale, save it as recurring then deleted the sale.
  5. After checking that the recurring transaction sale was in order I then deleted the sale from the V19 company file using AccuontRight Plus V19

Hope that helps you.

Regards

Re: validation exception

Hi Ivy

Would you be able to provide us with a screen print of the validation exception error you are receiving when trying to save the transaction as recurring?

Also as Taz mentioned, how many lines are there on this transaction and what kind of transaction is it?

Regards,

Leeya
