Bank Feed not working / Payroll not working

I am sorry to hear you have had a bad experience with our customer service. I have updated you in this post about the bankfeeds issue you were having. 

I am not aware of any issues with payroll. What software are you using? What is the exact error message you are seeing? Let me know as much you can and I will be able to assist you better.
