Employee Access - Cannot Remove Access to Employee Cards

    Hi KatherineSC 

     

    Based on the default settings a user with that role access would not be able to access that Employee card information.


    I would make sure that the user is logging in using that User ID that you are showing that information for. If they are using that User ID, I would make sure that none of the listed roles marked for that user (Cards, Inventory Management, Purchases, Sales and possible others) have been marked with granting access for that role.

Unticking those Cards>>Employee options in the Setup>>User Access>>Manage Roles option should restrict access for those users to the employee cards. 

If you are finding users are still able to access that section of the application, I would be navigating to the Manage Users tab. You want to ensure that the User ID associated with that user has been assigned this role and doesn't have a conflicting role that grants them access. For example, the user has the restricted Accountant/Bookkeeper role but also the Payroll role thus granting them access.

The user does not have access to Accountant/Bookkeeper role or the Payroll role - any other ideas?
