Employee Card not opening and MYOB crashing

Hi,   I am not able to open an employee card without MYOB crashing and needing to restart. I have made prior adjusments to their annual leave and would like to review it.   Thanks

    Hi Naml, 

     

    Thanks for that. There is a script I can run over your file to resolve this, can you please confirm the last 4 digits of your product serial number and file ID of the file (This can be found by going to Help > About MYOB AccountRight).

        I'm having trouble locating a serial number ending in that number, can you please send me the full serial number via private message.
