Error Message when signing up to Pay Super "Whoops, we've hit a snag"

Hello I have two clients trying to setup pay super but both are receiving this error message.     "Whoops, we've hit a snag"   Can someone please assist with this.   Thank you   Regards Ursu...

Sorry to hear you are both having difficulty signing up to Pay Super. If the problem is still happening, please send me a private message (mouse over my avatar and choose 'Send a message') with the following information, so we can look into it for you?

 

- Serial number

- Business name and ABN

- The email address the user was logged in with when signing up to Pay Super

- At which step did the the user experience the error message?
