Leave Entitlement reports

Hi Team,

We have a staff member who accrued TIL which had been paid out however this is still showing on the Entitlement Balance Summary however when you are in the Pay employee it states that no TIL available. 

 

Can you let us know how this has happened and how we rectifiy it?

    Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! If you're still having issues with this can you please confirm what balance appears in the Entitlement Balance detail report for the employee.

      Hi Melissa, 

       

      The balance in the Entitlement Balance detail report for the employee is 0.00

      However the Entitlement balance summary starts 30.70 hours available.
