MYOB Error when trying to open employee card

Hello, I am having issue with opening an employee card. Everytime I try to open his card MYOB will have error message advising something's gone wrong and needs to close. Please help.

Hi LingB, 

 

Thanks for your post. There is a script we can run over the file to resolve this, please confirm the last 4 digits of your product serial number and file ID of the file (This can be found by going to Help > About MYOB AccountRight) so I can arrange this.

Hi Co File ID is 5

Last 4 digit is #8907
