MYOB Team Kiosk Login

Hi we have set up MYOB Team this week and the MYOB Team Kiosk app in the tablet.

When we turn on MYOB Team Kiosk app we have to enter login details of the director of the center and then the staff can click Start Shift. 

The problem is that the director is not the first person to arrive to the office. This means that the staff can't login in MYOB Teams app and start the shift because we don't want to share the password.

 

Is there any other option of login into MYOB Teams Kiosk app without sharing the password?

    Hi Paula3 

     

    Sorry to see that no one has offered assistance with your query. If you do not want to log in each day, then you can set the iPad to Kiosk Mode.

     

    To set this up:

    1. On the iPad, go to Settings > General > Accessibility > Guided access.
    2. Configure as follows: 
      1. Turn Guided Access = ON.
      2. Set a Passcode.
      3. Enable Screen Sleep = OFF. If this option isn't available, go to Settings > Display & Brightness > Set Auto-lock = Never.
      4. Exit settings and re-launch the MYOB Team Kiosk app.
      5. Triple-click the iPad home button and select ‘Start’ in the Guided Access menu (top right corner).
