MYOB and ATO payroll verification not matching

EOY Payroll MYOB activity statement does not match the ATO verification report.

I can see the Gross amount of my employee in the ATO verification but on the employees seperate report the gross amount and the super are missing.  The tax is showing but not the other amounts.  Hence my MYOB is out of balance to the ATO for both the Gross amount and the Superannuation.  The pay was sent to the ATO and the super was paid through STP super (no errors were recorded by the ATO). So why is it not adding up in my total gross payments and my superannuation correctly?

    Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! Has this employee been terminated ? If they have plesae refer to our Community Forum post Incorrect ETP Values - EOFY Finalisation 2022 which has information and instructions on how to resolve this depending on your scenario.
