Non OTE categories are increasing leave entitlements and superannuation when processing pays

Anybody else having these issues.  It started happening from a previous MYOB AccountRight upgrade.

    Have you checked that these pay categories have been excluded from the entitlement payroll category - see (exempt) in category

      Yes everything looks correct thanks Lisa.  The problem started after an upgrade.

        Hi Gerry26 

         

        So we can investigate this situation further would you mind providing us screenshots of the following information:

         

        • The Superannuation Information window for the selected superannuation payroll category -- Payroll>>Payroll Categories>>Superannuation>>Select the desired superannuation category
        • An indication of all the ticked categories in the Exempt window for that Superannuation category -- select Exempt (top of the Superannuation Information window)
        • A current pay for the employee showing an incorrect amount -- Payroll>>Process payroll>>Select Next>>Select the desired employee so you have the Process Payroll window on-screen.
        • The Pay History for that employee for that particular pay month -- Card File>>Cards List>>Select the Employee>>Select Payroll Details>>Pay History (LEFT-hand side)>>Show Pay history for that particular month.

        With the above information, we would be able to look into that calculation and see why it appears to be not working as expected.
