Pay Super is asking for "Someone else must approve"

Since my clients have accepted the new Pay Super PDS, when they go in to Authorise the Pay Super Payment, they get a message saying "You have authorised this payment but someone else needs to approve...

Thanks for that Tracey.

I paid Super on the 7th Feb and it still hasn't been received, the money was taken from one account, but didn't arrive in the Superannuation account. Should I be concerned? or is still part of the disabled transfer situation.

You're correct that this is because super payment processing has been disabled at this time. We do apologise for this inconvenience.

      The Pay super service is currently disabled. We do hope to have that service re-enabled later this week.

      Hi @Tracey_H 

       

      So does that mean the super payment deducted by SuperChoice from our account on the 15th has been held up and is currently in limbo until the duplicate payment issues have been resolved?

        The Pay super service is disabled while our teams deal with a duplication error with payments. We do hope to have that service enabled later this week so that those payments can be made.

    I have also received this message. 

     

    If paying super via MYOB is reactivated, will this then pay the super twice?

      Hi Tigertups62 

       

      If you are getting the message asking for another user to authorise the payment but are set up with one authoriser, our teams are looking into this. In the meantime, you can click Ok and ignore that message, the payment will be processed.

       

      Re-enabling the Pay super service won't cause the super to be paid twice. However, what you need to do will depend on your circumstances:

      1. payment had the status Processing payment - you don't need to do anything
      2. you have been refunded your super payment - you will need to reverse and reprocess that super payment
      3. you had duplicate payments deducted and one has been refunded - record a Spend money transaction for the duplicate payment and a Receive money for the refund.

        My Super payment is still showing 'Processing Payment' in the Manage Payments in MYOB. I processed this payment on the 15th February when is it likely to be completed?
